1Acceptance of Agreement & Eligibility

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or uploading content to PropertyPaisa.com (the "Portal", "Website", or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue using our services immediately. Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements under the Contract Act, 1872 of Pakistan.

2Platform Only — No Brokerage or Escrow Liability

PropertyPaisa.com provides a neutral technological platform for property discovery. We do not represent either buyer or seller, landlord or tenant. We do not hold money in escrow, verify banking credentials, or inspect properties on behalf of buyers. Any relationship created through the website is strictly between the buyer/tenant and the listing party (owner or estate agent).

Neither PropertyPaisa nor its team members act as your attorney, broker, or financial custodian. We do not participate in negotiations or commission divisions between independent agents.

3Mandatory Due Diligence & Verification Requirement

Users, buyers, investors, and tenants are solely and independently responsible for conducting rigorous due diligence before executing any verbal or written agreement, paying any deposit, or signing any sale deed or lease.

• Physical Site Inspection: You must visit the property physically and verify the exact plot/house number, boundaries, dimensions, and actual possession on ground.
• Title Deed & Registry Check: You must verify the original title documents (Fard, Registry, Allotment Letter, Transfer Letter, Mutation / Intiqal) directly at the competent Sub-Registrar Office, Revenue Office (Patwarkhana), or relevant Housing Society office.
• Regulatory Approvals & NOCs: You must independently verify approvals and NOCs with development authorities (e.g., Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Bahria Town, CDA, RDA) regarding layout approval, utility NOCs, and encumbrances.
• Identity Verification: Verify the identity, CNIC, and authority of the seller, agent, or power of attorney holder before entering any financial transaction.

5No Warranty of Listing Accuracy

All property listings, descriptions, dimensions, photographs, floor plans, and asking prices displayed on PropertyPaisa are provided directly by third-party estate agents, builders, and individual sellers. Although PropertyPaisa implements moderation and reserves the right to review listings, we make no express or implied warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding the truthfulness, completeness, merchantability, or legal validity of any listing.

6Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

Users, agents, and advertisers are strictly prohibited from posting fraudulent, deceptive, fictitious, or duplicate listings, using copyrighted images without consent, or misrepresenting property ownership.

PropertyPaisa reserves the absolute right, without prior notice or refund of fees, to reject, modify, suspend, or permanently terminate any user account or listing that violates these terms, breaches regulatory guidelines, or is the subject of consumer complaints.

7Intellectual Property Rights

The PropertyPaisa name, logo, website layout, database compilation, graphics, and code are the proprietary intellectual property of PropertyPaisa.com. No user or competitor may scrape, copy, reproduce, or republish our portal listings, directory data, or branding without prior written consent.

8Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PropertyPaisa.com, its officers, directors, employees, and consultants from and against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website, your property listings, your dealings with third parties, or your breach of these Terms.

9Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any legal proceeding, lawsuit, or claim shall be subject exclusively to the territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction of the competent civil and commercial courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
